Senior People Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Global at a pivotal time in our journey. We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to help shape and deliver our people-first agenda across a growing and diverse portfolio of businesses including Energy, Construction & Building Services, Consultancy, and Recruitment.

Reporting to the Chief Relations Officer, this is a senior, high-impact role partnering closely with Portfolio CEOs, Managing Directors, and leadership teams. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and change agent – aligning business strategy, leadership capability, and future talent to support Global’s continued growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join Global at an exciting time, influence at the highest level, and make a genuine impact. In the role, you’ll: provide senior HR partnering and coaching at leadership level; lead complex ER, organisational change, and TUPE activity; drive talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development; and shape scalable, best-practice people frameworks across Global.

We welcome applications from candidates who have: Senior HR Business Partner / People Partner experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, proven track record in leadership and talent development, and CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
