Finance Supervisor

Our Finance team are expanding and looking for a Finance Supervisor to join the team. This can be on a full or part time basis and will be fully office based. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organisation headquartered in Inverness. 

We are looking for someone with experience in accounts who is looking to join a supportive and fast paced working environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing Invoices/Credit notes to valid Purchase Orders
• Completion of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
• Dealing with Supplier queries
• Processing Company Credit Card reports, ensuring adherence to policy
• Drafting VAT returns for review
• Assisting with month end accounts and month end journals
• Liaising with and assisting Finance Managers
• Supervising and assisting the Transaction Team
• Adherence to all company policies, financial processes and controls

Desirable Attributes: 

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role is essential
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and proactive
