Aventus Energy Rebrands as Global Energy Solutions & Announces Major Renewables Contracts

Aventus Energy, part of the Global group of companies, has rebranded as Global Energy Solutions, further strengthening Global’s integrated energy and infrastructure offering.

The rebrand reflects the company’s growth and future direction, bringing the business clearly under the Global brand and providing greater clarity for clients while enabling a more integrated approach to delivering large‑scale, complex projects.

Under its new identity, Global Energy Solutions will continue to provide specialist inspection, maintenance and repair, construction, and installation services across onshore and offshore energy assets. While continuing to support the oil and gas sector, the business will place increased emphasis on green energy, playing an active role in the energy transition.

Alongside the rebrand, Global Energy Solutions has secured a number of major renewables contracts. These include a multi‑million‑pound foundation completion project with Inch Cape Offshore - its largest to date - and multi‑scope construction and installation works with CFHI, Dajin and CWHI through to October. The business has also been awarded a five‑year offshore wind framework agreement with Saipem in the UK and secured its first international hook‑up project with Chantier de l’Atlantique for the Nordseecluster offshore wind farm in Germany.
